Come to the Farm

If you have had a look around the website, or you have heard about our work and think you, or someone you know might benefit from coming to The Nest then we would love to hear from you. There is no obligation to visit once you have been in touch, but if you (or someone you know) meets our very basic criteria then we will invite to you to come and meet us to see what you think.

This is our process of referral.

1. Submission by one of the following ways:
   1. Submit a referral personally - this can be made by you for you.
   2. Submit a referral as a friend or relative - this can be made by you on behalf of someone you know or are related to who is struggling - but you must have their permission.
   3. Submit a referral as a teacher/employer - you can refer a student, pupil or employee to us with their consent.
   4. Submit a referral as a health care / social care provider - make a referral on behalf of someone you are helping as part of your integrated care system responsibilities.
2. Pre-placement visit
3. Placement planning meeting
4. 8-week probation period
5. Placement review.
